since Demantor reduced the XP of the quests i got xp locked

i played 6 quests but my xp didnt rise. not even 1%

is this a bug or does some1 hate me?

Quest EXP is reduced !!!

As lich was about 1 million and more!!!!!
I made it about 60 or 90 thousands( for boss ) , so you feel that it is locked, it isn'T*

dude, you are lvl 91 , you are near the limit, it will be slow of course!
