If you believe anyone is hacking, or attempting to hack (asking for any type of hacks, etc), immediately take a screen shot,
or start capturing a replay of it. Do NOT engage them in conversation,
pretend like their hack is a concealed gun, and they will shoot you if
you talk to them about it, because usually something like this happens,
or the user stops hacking and we have no further evidence against them.
I might setup an anonymous reporter account for you to use. It will
conceal all identities, and we will permanently ban all miss-users of it
from the forums and our private servers too. We will know who you are,
users will be able to talk about it, and no one will be able to harass
