Are GMs Allowed to Change names of Characters without Asking?

i want to ask,are gms allowed to change others charname without Asking...?

i had a char called Firewall with L+I,and i made it long ago before firewall Got gm,and,firewall didnt said ANYTHING about it.

Now Tittenfee changed it to "fakeFirewall",without even askign me....

He can change the name,But then he should ASK me,Which name i want..

now my name is fakeFirewall..... -.-

its not allowed to change without asking thats right but its ALSO NOT ALLOWED to fake gm chars

firewall is (trial)gm now and you have to treat him with respect, his name is unique just like toffifee demantor kay etc
i dont care if you fake a normal member as long as they dont report you but never fake a gm

Then go change it to ImCryer or soemthing but not fakeFirewall,they "fake" is Hero o.o....

And if Firewall got a problem with it,He would make it himself.
